工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
# [4 t1 o) s  \7 pŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
* \8 O" c+ I, ]# E  tŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
0 n* ?# [! J, a0 L) R6 o5 tŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
* q$ T, V* U: @: j7 GŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
3 G4 b, M6 _; V3 g' ?, a, _; M- R4 f* MŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
: x4 M3 l# X/ c+ F" Q+ v& C8 w8 ^Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
2 ^: C0 L" K( O) U, E) Y# sŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
( D( ?7 v5 h# tŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
, U" ^4 ~% c# K7 tŸ   Excellent communication skills
' M4 m; x% r% T9 b, o  r7 lŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
7 b' t& @0 B$ o1 U: p( w- KŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
( V0 b& [+ N3 u* F. IŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
8 n4 O, y( Y# d8 H+ w: c4 s+ |8 HŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
  }# o0 ~) ~2 G  K1 \Ÿ   Computer experience required.
6 d5 c5 J# c* PExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
