5 n8 ~5 v9 C( I' P, n: ~" yŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
7 m' T( b" t7 y% jŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
5 o! ]: o* k3 Z8 t. M% r$ s9 Z% xŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
4 Q7 q! j6 O' D! {1 p* `任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
* K6 D6 n/ S( \+ z! v, rŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
8 {2 `% o) [" J: x5 LŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
3 A: f" W" L" C+ [( W0 qŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
. e. u6 p6 @0 S- R5 Z& z( ^Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
# D, Q! A+ ]; E* a* NŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
- q( S. I6 c" \' m1 E9 LŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
9 n) E- Z+ B+ w  O- e9 W2 o4 ~Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
  _* |4 x" q' U7 {. P2 oŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
