工作职责
4 I- d$ {. ^: a+ e/ q8 q0 d  TŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
# p* ^- G2 G; D" a, A4 Y! {- d) y$ CŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
+ h- A  b' m# |9 l9 cŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
0 t8 B3 w0 ]8 s$ f4 DŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
: D( O- C6 o- ]+ h+ _, f9 LŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
4 h! Z/ V4 ^  b+ FŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
- s, Q8 m5 j  J& o( U# gŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
9 S8 d0 L2 G6 l3 u9 uŸ   Excellent communication skills
0 f# y  s( v& b1 y3 }) OŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
1 R% o5 S& {% l0 yŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
" ~3 m% g& N; C8 \) [Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
/ W0 A2 P8 E* z  B. H: Y6 `0 MŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
