工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
$ G7 ]; h8 g4 i* [Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
, U/ V" s. d' M; P+ {Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
: ]4 _  n( A" W3 tŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
5 |* _  l  v. L+ @4 V, [% K) ZŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
$ \4 ^8 n9 z) Y8 K3 R* P" FŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
$ q% ?/ W0 Y4 zŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
8 ^$ x% j) E2 j  lŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
* F+ ], b0 {) H9 O2 v- aŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

1 t) X  _2 `$ U$ I0 ~4 YŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
' M# G5 v3 i0 v) gŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
6 l+ Q8 ~% I: QŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
