工作职责
. L* U- R8 S3 b- F3 [Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
+ ?- M1 }1 T; r2 s4 i* R6 j( QŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
* ^# @" ?/ i8 `, kŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
. g) |1 Q" g/ ^- ]Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
2 B/ @# |2 Q- hŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
0 N, U- q7 y) |& i5 d$ g* w; ~0 oŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
# ^' Y' k- o1 g" r# pŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
( \0 ]4 N1 m# \5 y4 a' Z7 P2 DŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
- ]) y9 l! B4 uŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
9 b! ]/ i! ~5 zŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
- e9 f6 B5 X% ~3 G" ~Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
7 s1 R3 @2 p1 |# K3 Q5 K- D9 k6 }" yŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
