工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
- b5 U4 W( b0 r7 l7 k  h2 aŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
$ }* m9 C% g/ Z  i! uŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
7 H6 ?$ m- w% N* i( r% aŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
. P) X9 b: a& iŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
! E( A* h# J$ U4 L' M1 B# J2 VŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
8 O$ X8 ~$ x2 e6 o% UŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

. Z( {) f: P0 u) ]Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
; J0 f8 E6 I9 aŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
% `3 U) s/ d: UŸ   Valid driver’s license
* f, Z0 ^/ w% T& kŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
( [0 [$ N# ^. f# \' sŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
