Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
7 q" E! O& T  H2 }. IŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
1 V7 U  {0 {0 V' \  Q; v) bŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
( ]- q. G. o9 y3 T$ Q. d" DŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
: ~* d+ I! t& W! N2 W, ^Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
# i- A( O$ ?$ r7 r. v" N: e( `6 IŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
0 I/ U3 D5 M& q5 mŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
4 \! m% E- j) d( y9 C9 h% WŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
9 ~, g& O8 @! W: AŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
