Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department6 E5 c2 S* U4 B. Z/ R0 |
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports( w0 D) F( B" ~+ |" w
Develop and maintain a filing system
6 V) ` q8 N- t0 ZUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
% s( Q: x. u. {$ dLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
