Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
R6 ~; q8 G7 N/ rCreate email templates for operations department
0 B# o# Z8 |7 E* \, n" lAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports$ j# O- G& j/ y/ ~" t4 q9 V# {
Develop and maintain a filing system
% {5 G" T" |2 Q/ ?( QUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures
& K. O: |; Z. g) p/ v2 NSubmit and reconcile expense reports
5 S- [: j; o/ K/ ]! ]& YAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
% R% {- ]& I7 e6 q D* s" [2 CLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
4 X C% m& J. i& |. }8 tExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
& M6 _( F/ r0 U8 wProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs3 J& c! J |7 n, F0 M3 z
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
* z. ]- K2 I& c( r' |( E8 y2 eHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
