Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

% a: E/ ]" Q1 [ D& T2 c7 _Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients& J/ N7 D6 N/ I
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
