Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports1 w: h. i9 p6 j1 ~% \" o, R" o5 B
Develop and maintain a filing system0 ^. _ h3 n& \# T$ P6 q
Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers: q! S9 B% [/ }& Y0 X/ k

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
$ h' q7 D# ^ d" d; r, \Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
" U6 `; a& n" a# _Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
, e/ w/ J* n' c$ P, [Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
& s' b6 }) `: a! g' B; }High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
