6 q) \# m3 P& M' I3 pBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
7 k% O4 Q8 h. L+ B. J1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
" ?7 S2 ^3 V4 @) q1 u6 ?, Q4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
9 }. O: k! W- Q" P" O6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
; y$ n! i3 L- ?2 o+ V3 ?! ^Skills and specifications:
5 c) X# M! I: x- \/ h& T1 v5 Z2 \3 s1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
: r+ C+ b. ~' m3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
- N$ [0 z: V! L: u5 Q3 ~: `  K* d( y4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
