Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
% s1 x  C* h6 F3 ^  J; Y: F6 @9 @1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
0 a7 J1 T6 C$ A  P" |' ?6 S" [& E3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
7 D5 E4 W+ t3 P. m3 g4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
8 O  y! ]5 r4 t/ k& l  `7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset

5. May need to work different hours
