8 [4 W1 ?- f0 |; M+ CBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
$ ~, K9 ]9 o" `; N" a3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
& Q# b/ L9 e& ~/ d% {4. Calibration of Equipment
; s" j. v. o% W9 j5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
, e) T: h* q0 \. q5 F4 W6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
0 v9 ^+ h# y* Q. r$ D5 F5 L% q/ l2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3 D1 U, c5 E& i3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
9 W) B: E; T2 E4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
