Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
* V6 u  P& d8 \3 y* X9 X5 F$ i2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
* ]9 K+ M7 p+ F( A4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7 j! W2 j+ w* M7. Other duties as assigned
: V8 n" ]$ n% c1 TSkills and specifications:
" Q8 p7 q: y& {5 F( H- ~/ Y1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
3 ?9 m9 L, B5 M* R4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5 M% p' O& g' b' h) G5. May need to work different hours
