weekend hours.
7 J- m6 @! @) g, E0 w, P: _You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Research Data Centre (RDC) computer
' x$ F6 P# b3 Q9 ~2 E6 n1 }$ Tlab located on the University of Alberta campus as well as providing administrative support for the
' B7 N+ d/ d5 M1 P4 Q8 kcentre.% m# K- h& M& I& R" |
These responsibilities include:
: F# S; F' c6 B+ x: c# {- l-Maintain the integrity of the security systems in the RDC.% p% g3 X8 Y* F* h5 u
-Provide basic support to clients on operating Window XP.
9 _ p9 \) y$ }6 D" ~-Provide general office administration support, such as filing, upgrading software and: @7 ` |. h: I" d Q
renewing licenses, communicating with various university departments with respect to
/ u8 W* E' X `+ a) Dfacilities’ maintenance, etc. 9 l/ U0 i0 M5 m% Y
-Conduct other office related tasks, such as Internet documents search, backup of electronic $ @% w3 B1 E& z
clients’ files etc.

Education: 1 q8 b# c, t8 c) {
-Successful completion of Bachelor degree in administration, business, computer sciences, 7 y) ^0 n% v; x
education, economics, sociology, statistics or related discipline; or an acceptable combination ' \ M0 D* e; C
of education, training and /or experience. / O e% H" r' f# M; r4 ]: F$ h
Knowledge/Technical competencies:2 s5 o8 ^; c% V% I2 o; Z
-General knowledge of the Microsoft Window operating system.: `* m# F6 ~, a; F# x% j" `
-Extensive experience in using Microsoft Window office application software including Word; P4 t; ^' M8 y A- w; A* t
and Excel.

Assets:

Abilities:
