Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible
Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
8 e3 I' s; h& s' s1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
9 b; L/ g8 l0 C2 z2. Arrange the viewing appointments
% M' \+ Z0 q  I3. Maintenance requests follow up
! w! B  Q7 h' U- G0 e4. Handling phone calls and emails
( w5 f: ]; v& \! }9 d' r5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
( E2 d* _6 J9 M+ z! i' X& `7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
