Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
' _' U. B% o6 U1 O! x, R1 e7 L! c1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
8 a5 W6 n* z9 C1 r+ z3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
( Z8 t* Q: V; g+ b; l5 W$ b6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
