1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals

4 ^9 M* j. ~, V' `6 |- N$ `' c4. Handling phone calls and emails
' f, ]( s3 P" I. u' w5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
2 P" G5 H! z2 u! q7. Live on-site is preferred
6 R' O3 I/ {9 V( B6 J" w8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.

Requirements:
