China in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
negative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting

students. Although the gunman has been currently
& x- Y8 g! O% n+ N! Ridentified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
- l9 T$ s+ F  J& A# ysafety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
