1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
/ a( x' L6 c& J7 v7 l, N$ G2. Arrange the viewing appointments# w0 f# y0 g3 n2 ~
3. Maintenance requests follow up
% P& r% f) V- n5 v4 i/ Q( g( y4. Handling phone calls and emails0 e( Q) M1 ]% J3 [+ J
5. Bookkeeping8 e+ D' g. U- w( y2 C' e9 d; r
6. Visit the building and enter the units' G6 e7 i; f3 t5 [& O4 F6 }, c* k
7. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Requirements:
