Posting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.% r( q& j0 I- T' X

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants./ B& V! G5 [) B8 Z5 i' m0 |

3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a client – facing, customer service - focused environment.5 b. o& f) s9 A& p& S

Experience working in the residential property management industry.

Ability to work and act independently, using good judgment when assessing difficult situations and apply problem solving skills.
