The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.- _) @3 _& L$ g" a5 m- I" h

Monday – Friday 11 am-7 pm

- l3 w3 t+ o! t" kMust be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
. G6 t- d9 J* T- F; a' A2 lInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials3 c( ?* A# s; ?; e8 Q, o
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material8 Y8 m" N, c4 f/ W6 `

Be able to effectively perform tasks independently, l/ Z8 _, k) Z( b+ t' k6 W6 b

Metal recycling industry experience is an asset

! M& [4 w" z. I. UKnowledge of non-ferrous processing

Well-articulated and assertive
k7 D+ b% Q9 j% _Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization' O: U0 d7 f* S& ] r5 }
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

Mechanically inclined an asset
