CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
! c, X6 q0 J, p" r' _9 U9 }-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
4 \. h2 g% r% L5 Z3 Q- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
7 s9 F- H) v0 W" f, ^$ e! S-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

- Demonstrate a high level of work ethic.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset

2 F( d0 `' k5 }+ ~- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
