CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23
Job type: Full-time Permanent
) ]* W; o& [0 r9 u3 D7 Q8 QShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
( Z- h& d; W- K- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
! J0 I, m  M! b0 w% j/ K, M4 j-Providing general clerical support to the office.
3 M) d1 ?$ C" _$ {, }2 G-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.

Education and Qualifications:
" x5 \! ^: x6 W$ m
$ M$ d8 g% U% M: e* X- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
