, \/ |2 k, A* r; [" q5 oSalary to be paid will be $15.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

9 r- s5 K2 H7 W  w. R# @+ EDuties include: working closely with graduate students and research
% E/ s7 F& s  Z( G; M9 e- ctechnicians, the candidate will work on the synthesis of intermediates
for use in chemical and biochemical research. Particular duties will
include carrying out chemical and/or enzymatic reactions and purifying
  p' r" O1 ]. A! ocompounds by chromatography.

Qualifications include successful completion of courses in organic
Chemistry (Chemistry 263 or equivalent) and ideally biochemistry and
7 `- _8 ]$ r5 R, D# banalytical chemistry; familiarity with basic biology and chromatographic
separations important. Attention to detail and ability to work as part
of a team essential.
This position will provide the candidate with experience in biochemical
' |) U- y4 O8 [, pand chemical research and would be ideal for students who ultimately
hope to work in these areas.
