venues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,
$ I3 c% C' h/ L! C9 J! v, Letc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for

" r7 `2 B3 J- rtheir program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during
6 G' l9 E/ [6 W$ [# `, g+ xtheir program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,
9 g. Q/ q: @6 uassisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking* P ]$ t9 \+ o) J3 B/ ?
venue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city
: H- `: K5 v: }# Eoutings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city

$ g) z0 q; _, b) l, Vexcursions); interpreting (non-technical exchanges) at meetings or

Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in
5 v; `" Q# m4 `9 vCommerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate) X1 h$ x, j7 @1 F8 Q0 P$ u& v! ?
fluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,- l; h! _5 p( v* p8 D. [# Y, D
demonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
0 L) s$ Q+ `" Ya variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those
+ ^' J7 l, K7 gof co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management3 P* R+ q' L( B; p f, L
skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word, ^: g; f+ F% [! v. j
Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); administrative experience an asset,
