Hours per week will be 20 - 30 - 20 during the first few weeks, then 30

the student to stay on a casual basis (10 - 20 hours per week) once the

venues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,2 I( j; d9 D L
etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for* u2 F$ l6 S; P6 j/ T
participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and) U! X% a: ]2 x6 Z
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during
, ^( F4 j0 Z8 O/ |their program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,- j- }8 ^5 e1 U. Y6 }
assisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking
4 C! o3 K9 U' C$ c/ |venue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city
. S d$ |" K4 y) a. y# T" D0 houtings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city

Commerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate) q1 q1 C* K3 g; r: ^) b, I5 C) ?: v
fluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,
9 U8 J3 r( \7 a# \/ s" X, g/ ndemonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
/ i0 L. W+ Q3 l1 z8 V8 b# E6 {- j# ? Va variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those
