Duties include: preparing for programs by working with current staff at. I7 h$ `& I: W/ n- r
CIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus
% K J& [7 N# wvenues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies," \4 X# G- b. [! X7 w) U2 n
etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for
' d* C8 e" w& W5 p' S2 kparticipants, assisting to orient participants to the University and6 I5 C- U8 i# [. @: i# V' x
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during
8 [. J& ?. R4 @; R3 c3 t) p, O- G* |their program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,
[# T' C/ `4 S: z$ z g! J2 Bassisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking
7 r: c: a, F4 q3 o4 H9 fvenue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city
; X% l: I( F" ]/ A- Coutings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city

fluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,

a variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those4 S! b: Q! d1 J8 I
of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management
