Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

8 [% P* \* J$ c6 \- Y" yDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
2 Z9 T, W/ V5 U$ F6 I6 h( Lmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
5 p6 n! H+ V6 c% kadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
* M6 G5 c0 Q8 b% k% kpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
1 A6 v8 @& ]; g5 R  ?) W* |skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
# _" l' U; j, u% z1 zan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
