recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions

% |. W& B* {. P4 v% qDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
2 D5 o; R$ b1 N* m! ganswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
; B5 k6 [( B* Z9 z4 }maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
- J' I5 Y, k8 w( O/ i1 Sadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
; L4 w: O' [! u  B1 {2 gaddresses and general office duties.

( Y6 x. {; \( O5 w5 P  `Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
3 F, v# u2 C! s; ^skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
+ O+ v3 ]) V, v3 h1 O! S" H" X& pproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
