International Admissions Student Intern

The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

" d' O0 a: j1 X$ e( ODuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
& Z: T/ ?0 V/ u$ Qadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

' m1 V8 J. s: n& w! k" R- IQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
& N) B9 G3 k% {5 h, [$ [4 ?' y, Oproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
% \5 Q/ O2 @4 b; ^7 a" S7 Aan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
7 H3 g% v# @2 z% w6 E. R5 _directions.
