Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

% x! w, L- {, F$ K2 q' KDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
; x) k! a+ r& Z+ d7 C; i" s0 q$ nanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
/ d& Y2 o* o: W% ]) [% ymaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
+ A" I0 I( R! t$ d( E, g$ Cadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
' H2 i8 T$ e4 qaddresses and general office duties.
, {- H% k3 `( p, w" S
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
) a( }# j1 \3 L! y9 {proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
& }* o/ P9 N+ X; y2 s% e/ Edirections.
