The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

. }, Y! T! ]7 N& ]9 V, C) ]Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
/ X. h6 l% w9 f$ |: Y
Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
/ N% S% r6 R; D2 jmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
( E- ~9 H" e. }9 ~admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

8 m! v5 P2 p$ @6 SQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
: c( I: f* a# sskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
9 ?7 w8 ~/ k, v$ O, u( Y9 Tan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
$ O( x& E8 x" A1 z7 Edirections.
