Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
0 }1 L$ ~1 A' ~0 h' Q
Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
7 S8 U! e7 Z' E6 b; bmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
! B! K  U( \0 P2 J- ~" j" kaddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
( h; G$ m' l+ K) Tpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
7 `! f& r! y6 G6 dproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
