0 v6 m! k1 B; Q0 y$ dSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
: \% b$ U/ N* C) o' _1 {answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
3 i; b* s: T) k+ W8 g0 r" `( h6 Omaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
$ W. a* `, W0 n8 dadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
. y9 H' I/ x- D; |8 a; P' hskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
: S! G8 C% ]- ?' i1 n6 Idirections.
