recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

6 M5 U& ^0 N2 c( ]Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
/ \# _( w* c0 h8 Z& z$ }
* w) D& ], ]1 u5 u0 ~+ t8 JDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
3 M8 T( ^7 b+ |% d( Nanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
6 @" M8 Y, ?% I. O) P9 f5 ~4 Dadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
& G! B2 q5 R' D' F. s6 S* T9 Waddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
( \( {; q2 O3 U8 c, @; `+ B, ypeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
! E5 Q% m2 u9 vproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
  D! N6 t' u! \; B; nan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
% R0 X' K# J! |1 [2 o  S  q( Edirections.
