Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.! m8 P: w7 E i; y8 ^7 F& w* v

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.. o9 C$ Q) \; h8 }8 i! N, J

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.: S* X/ ]) n. C: Y h9 x" C* o
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
! {1 I# i) u$ oConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
* n2 O4 D+ Y( t/ wPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
, C! j1 P0 Y+ l' EEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.; v+ b$ b+ l! C
