We are currently seeking a Resident Manager for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.; c% `6 T k0 P8 ?1 i( l/ G' t

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.# L, N: W3 o( N0 v
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
