Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Maintenance

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.# h* c! `; x, P5 ~: b3 V
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
