Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Financial
. l+ V0 I5 H2 rReview and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.
3 ^' {: w1 @* ~9 ^# FOversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
- A0 Y( j& ]4 vCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
; g1 o" ]0 G' P/ R6 rMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.4 _# v) v# M+ a/ O5 O- h0 r

$ G5 Q$ z2 {, c; O$ F$ WPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
, j, a' _! M/ e. ]! JMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.# x$ H- W* o. K! J* V

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
