Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

# \2 m- F' Y5 W% O4 @7 VEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.3 u; `. d: O: M: h
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
2 Q/ u( z2 V$ |" w; z) ]Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
t( O" c$ O- |- XPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
. q% v1 t" d/ @: v5 o* M CEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.3 e# j: f5 A% X! f( y
