As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, and task follow ups.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.' k8 h# b2 R* L7 w, q# \) j0 H8 M6 q

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.* j( a4 Z, G9 G
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur." K4 r) X! d8 h k0 h3 z$ S
