As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, and task follow ups.: [. Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

# F3 |& i, |6 k1 d) zCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.: z; U% E0 N0 ^% w6 g) h
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.' Q; c! l, X2 H

Maintenance+ `1 B+ b( F& }+ l! A( k
Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
! b' w( R0 l4 V3 sMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.3 Q4 f4 W6 D8 |1 Z
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
3 ~( o: M, x2 T9 SSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.4 ]* ?' l" }* y6 q
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
- L G: `' X+ fPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
. f) F, |% t Q5 C4 E& G/ k; G: OEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
