At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.; V+ Z" U" c6 z
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.& `7 j9 I z( Z+ J

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
, [6 }5 N' ^- AMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
$ h+ f- t: a" V; G* J2 A0 PEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

, @( \* l/ X+ o1 D. f3 I% w: RConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
