2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance

5. Has class 5 drivers license+ C: u5 F" o0 Q+ S
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field1 R2 e; `$ C% k: E, E9 m& A

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
b: V* c6 i. p7 p0 E; v2 i2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
6 T: `; _" E7 [; F) N1 f$ l- j3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties

5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs" X3 W& x, F2 ^" `( O5 P" z4 C
