Requirement:

2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance$ M I% {" {& R5 @
3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions7 Y" B8 q8 e; O2 D" v
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails$ H, }7 L {4 j4 f \! D+ v
5. Has class 5 drivers license
, _4 ?; z: J- Y) W Y6. At least 1-year work experience in any field( k7 d3 q7 R& a1 J: c

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
/ o6 l- j* [$ A3 B ~2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks7 a) u0 [. h4 o
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
5 t5 `* T* v+ Y( f4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices8 I( O( {8 C; s$ j7 x& t
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs$ H6 Q* [4 s5 L; t+ f* q$ e
6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company! r7 t: b* c+ b! Y( y, N; ?& V8 |
