Chenjie Property Management is hiring a full time maintenance Coordinator. Hand on skills needed.

Requirement:
1. Able to communicate fluently in English
2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
5 G9 ]& a/ D! ^) O5 {/ l4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
$ U* B3 B0 ]& j& r! ?! `1 J5. Has class 5 drivers license
! x5 i, H0 Y$ x4 s8 L7 A2 j6. At least 1-year work experience in any field
/ e2 e, b4 C1 D
Job Duties:
6 a* {; A* i, y) ]( I/ _1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
" U% P4 ~* Z9 ~3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
9 ]2 ?- P- r/ @4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
