2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance7 n6 E, v5 m" Y: _* q$ D' \0 m
3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions8 | e. ^5 u* D G. J* P2 a
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails* C! ?3 e, y+ Y) E* a7 r
5. Has class 5 drivers license

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools; k/ X n" i4 J' [7 `; d
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks" ?1 U5 n# U1 x" N1 q2 J6 A
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
3 o3 M# p# Y Z: V5 O" O) S4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
# J8 |8 z. m1 S: i4 S/ h5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
# g8 p& A4 n# B6 j6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
