p.m., Monday through Friday

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
( i  e% @8 |0 e" IOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

0 ?/ D7 \$ N, s3 W% @/ ]( o2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

) ~7 ^: d) d8 D3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

6 x6 {; ]$ q. B# Y  {* p4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

- s8 [% E" ]* a# T6) Perform monthly food inventory.

& K9 W3 G8 n' ^  k5 ?7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

7 b) X0 n6 G/ U3 [ To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
5 N  C! p; L( N) jknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

' f* }" }( `$ y$ b5 `: s) g2) Previous experience with food inventories.

3) Cashier experience.
0 g5 h: l7 {5 Y; W0 [4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
+ }) n# c- V' ^: Z: v' E; m
5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
