Two shifts
. s/ P* [/ \) i4 o( Q4 w6 b! o27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30  
p.m., Monday through Friday

' `* n" \' [' l* h- [, n/ F17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
( @! _3 q' j& W" G* u3 C5 _- ~p.m., Monday through Friday
8 c, F- @7 \# K# x- RJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
9 R7 z- p* h2 ~' g4 d7 W+ g# F" H1) Serve as cashier when required.

- G, s% Z* D6 \2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
9 R2 h6 r) c( `6 A4 X$ t
3) Food preparation and cooking as required.
& g$ Y; \9 |9 H4 M) p
4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.
, H, r# _0 G# t" O
) y" Z7 t  V1 b4 C; @% c6 C6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

( [' O* H+ e- f# p( p To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

( y; d$ \" m% D' \QUALIFICATIONS;
" ^( R! z8 N2 u$ D1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
6 _7 \' [1 ~2 D% C+ R4 v6 A5 c0 fknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

  ?$ ?' C  F% m' K+ K% i" x2) Previous experience with food inventories.
6 q! U9 R7 r; A: H1 i& k
3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
& ~7 K* ~4 m0 Q8 H! ]
5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
& m! B0 k+ M/ @# m. y- d
  U7 Q' w7 M, v  i% F4 {February 14/97/Union Position

4 ^% |, K. O8 S1 OWage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
