# y* g, I/ Q2 V4 gChej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

7 X. \( L5 t' N. \8 d0 {6 JHours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
5 B) a9 p  N& S+ o0 e6 J" c7 yVehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
Probation: 90-day probationary period

Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience

9 {  g! ~/ B" P/ x" v! F8 J$ x3 ?Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
5 X9 ^+ ]: x- @! e: X8 l9 mManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
) f- M! l. K+ D& g0 lIssue notices to tenants
& e& W& t" f0 U+ b1 h- oCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
Monitor repair status and property condition
) D* j, ]0 l) X. W& X. P$ E- CUse property-management software to track and complete tasks
