Key Responsibilities
7 m* X0 r* S! k, h/ x% oInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
0 ]' z. J" A2 u2 aManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
' O" q0 A2 l5 U! t' uIssue notices to tenants
! x' U. M, G& D+ nCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts

Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
