Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience
Post-secondary degree

Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
: s" I! o& i. f6 EManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
* B2 n/ y  H# e& o) V; N# _1 ?Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
4 ?3 z4 \# b0 \) uMonitor repair status and property condition
) n; A, d1 W0 T, |0 z0 A5 }8 j8 J" `Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
