Why not Mobile home ?

I do have a question: because mobile home is so cheap, still not so many people tend to buy, why? what is the reason behind?

Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need

rent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
