POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
& R7 d( H7 D( d' |# M+ e# [Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
$ G1 N$ O3 I: P6 P2 A2 I- b•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
1 ~* N# c. L; k: j( |•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
: }& O- s% y1 B, Q6 F•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
! [3 |7 ^* v, U7 U6 k! ~& i; e- o•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
