POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
/ L5 f5 W# {* h/ fDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
- v1 H0 }+ i5 o9 q8 U. W+ Y  N, F•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
  g! ]1 `% Y" Q5 E* j•        Manage store physical inventory.
7 k" E( ^3 Z  e! e/ G0 {, d# ]; J•        Maintain employee files and records.
* X' n; B0 I  O0 l+ \•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ \4 l+ ?" o" \/ O
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
; s& l1 i+ E  P8 L•        Excellent customer service skills.
! ?- P" g3 Q/ `  s2 G- }! }•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
