POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
; h1 x3 A4 S' d6 m- T& l+ }Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
+ Y0 O* z8 w* a/ L+ ^•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
; A+ ]9 |2 l' B! }& Y1 [•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
/ Z( B$ J" K& }$ e+ ]- B* X2 B" A•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.

6 p4 H6 P8 l* R. T- p4 i•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
