POSITION SUMMARY:

2 z) M! z; V' Q2 N3 U8 u! i3 Z. z•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
$ \2 H( j0 J- P3 \Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
0 J1 f  N" A+ C" o& P9 k( M•        Control store-operating expenses.
3 E" [! \# F. w' J7 l•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


# d7 p+ g8 ?3 G) g9 `6 HREQUIREMENTS:

0 O, M: `3 a; S0 u•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
+ a) a6 K' _2 {# G+ d* n•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
$ u. g0 [) I. Q3 O8 J% X•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
