# r9 @6 N5 j$ n; q4 S# i•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
2 f* p- G2 v. M/ h+ n7 ADriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
8 C" g4 D* H7 j0 Q4 }3 m•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
) z/ J6 \3 u5 [( c$ ~* u•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
$ [# H* O( Y! D# t" }/ U9 G•        Manage store physical inventory.
1 G6 X7 D' ~" v: E. V- m" d& S•        Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
$ d. {/ r0 P* r" \' Q/ O+ Q•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
2 f, T5 F" R7 K3 x5 @4 x9 ^•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
