2 f* p- G2 v. M/ h+ n7 ADriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.) A4 l2 i# K. h( V3 H
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
8 C" g4 D* H7 j0 Q4 }3 m• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

• Lead by example in company service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:/ E# G) C7 j2 [6 c) u% p" ?5 L

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
$ d. {/ r0 P* r" \' Q/ O+ Q• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.9 f' M9 E6 b0 ]
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.8 @( {" A" |8 M" U/ q' L
• Excellent customer service skills.8 f$ Q0 ~& h9 c1 @; g
• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
