POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
: w$ q7 \& T3 k5 d' ^•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
. p. O& d9 p8 b  \, |•        Lead by example in company service standards.
/ V7 K) l: G" E3 Z3 z4 L& l3 l2 |, G•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

7 g+ ~! d+ f0 V4 N# S' s1 m3 w•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
+ m; o+ c5 e/ ]. _•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
- `6 f) N" ]% I/ y•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
& g/ R9 W2 q3 Y3 R' H+ h•        Excellent customer service skills.
5 N/ n1 O- |5 t  Z•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
