•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
0 Y0 }% y$ ~' @2 X•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
( ]1 X( U, e6 {: J7 v•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
9 b; k1 T- k! d8 B4 F6 F9 y+ u( E•        Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.

•        Excellent customer service skills.
& a* I" }+ k+ j: x6 q9 F, K•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
