POSITION SUMMARY:
/ [# T4 ], k4 |. O; {# N+ `7 H
•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
3 o0 a- H: v& p/ s( V( t  B  p•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
" I; F6 O, s6 Z9 b& K6 z8 }% n+ b•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
( Y# z  S2 R4 Q0 e' W2 J•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
5 |) [5 E* ?2 s•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
! w1 N! B3 J' ?7 r- M; n•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:
/ n& z' {# }0 f) h& y
# |% ~3 ~2 v/ B) s# |9 e•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
6 f0 c+ y! `; m7 h* z•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
