• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.

• Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.' o$ Q7 x& b# b- J% A5 Y4 F b
• Assist in maintaining employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
