POSITION SUMMARY:

2 [. a0 |7 [# A; @, W+ w•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
) \7 B; x' z( W: ^•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
0 I: z; c2 k) h+ O3 T5 t•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
. x& X0 |0 z2 g+ A  m•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
" A; K1 D& A4 r$ M/ u. `* I9 [. y•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
; H- r4 u9 O$ ?' n$ q; k$ z•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
$ {: _9 T0 L! m4 H; `% z•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
6 O+ _: F1 b/ D+ x( I6 v8 l3 ~•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
