ACTION FOR HEALTHY COMMUNITIES (AHC) is recruiting students (preferably members of a visible minority community and/or of a Disability community) for the following summer position: Community Initiatives Documenter. We are a non-profit community development organization operating in central Edmonton. We promote community inclusion as a strategy for increasing citizenship participation and action.

; v2 i6 ?9 a) F* a# J/ C$ bThe CI Documenter will contact and meet leaders of 30 Community Initiatives (mini-projects) to discuss and document their progress to date, facilitate a planning process for each CI to sustain their outcomes, and create a final document analyzing CI trends, strengths, learnings and plans.; r" l! Qualifications:
- }$ c/ ^* ^: A* _1. Full-time college or university student, under 30 years of age before and after the position and not attending full-time classes while participating in their placement./ D6 I8 W6 G) z5 q8 v
2. Legally entitled to work according to relevant federal and provincial legislation and regulations.
