2 w" x `' K; l& E1 P) E1. Serve as a key business and licensing role within a cross-functional team for identification, evaluation and licensing of strategically important technologies. % b4 t. j4 s: t+ w0 ]) q+ _( w
2. Manage technology alliance activities, including the coordination of appropriate agreements’ execution, alliance negotiations, and post-deal compliance in China.
# ]/ |; [) b# b3. Develop business plan and strategy to integrate new technology into existing global research and business platforms.

8 j$ ~3 J" \$ z) P8 k7 GPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES:" |6 u& C+ O) l. _0 Y6 o
( @- h+ c0 K. Y3 O0 m5 R1. MBA and/or advanced scientific degree in agricultural biotechnology related fields (such as plant molecular, cellular and developmental biology, genomics, and plant genetics, bioinformatics, etc.) are highly desirable. - h( v) F7 F3 a- H
2. Proven experience in technology identification and licensing within China, or equivalent experience with biotechnology research and commercial licensing agreements is preferred.- ?) K1 ^+ |1 F% ^' V- r) m
3. Working knowledge of Intellectual Property policies, including Chinese and international patent regulations and procedures would be advantageous.
; L7 K4 V; \) x" O- P M4. Productive business and scientific interactions and good relationships with major biotechnology institutes in China would be advantageous.
