• Proven ability to support client individual PC’s from both a hardware and software perspective. O1 u! [# L. b. D+ W$ N% H; X
• Ability to effectively plan and prioritize user support resources. @. u$ Q9 c& K0 j% \) j
• Computer Science diploma accreditation or equivalent experience.
( K0 z0 M# p" t3 j• Two or more years of experience supporting computer systems with a focus on Microsoft networking and office technologies.
