2000. The Chief Returning Officer shall be recommended to Students'

5) To oversee the physical count of the ballots during elections/ & ?4 o& h: H/ A; o) ?* K( Y$ p3 K

3 x* k- S" L9 P7 ?2 \3 {4 V: Y- u6) To report the result of an election/referendum to the appropriate

% h! A4 p: p% Z D" `7) To facilitate classroom speaking arrangements during an election/

minimum of four (4) working hours a day, between Monday to Friday,

11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during

12) To ensure that a cost effective and accurate ballot counting

13) To submit to Students' Council, prior to April 30, a final report

of campaigning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

7 G0 \! N* b3 a- h8 \9 X& W# O, I# afor each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students'
9 F& }9 P9 L& C' m: k" |% Q2 QUnion member.7 {2 {( Y! b [7 T V2 }5 n

2) Must have some experience in student elections.3 T& k# I/ m0 ~& A; z( o

3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or + `% Y ^- k$ E, P
any of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position
