the Students' Union and oversees all electoral logistics as per Bylaw

Council in the manner set out in the Council Administration Committee

1) To run the elections as per Bylaws 20009 t. t/ [" J+ T' X: j/ D5 u

3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.+ E X# X+ a# D

4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing
& u* K" }* c$ t' v2 Q- S$ v1 Nadequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations & {& |, Z ] @1 K1 j
across campus, and advertising the poll locations.

7) To facilitate classroom speaking arrangements during an election/

To enforce budgetary regulations as stipulated in the Elections

10) To be available to all parties during elections/referenda for a 5 s* v+ C6 i6 S7 e3 a, z
minimum of four (4) working hours a day, between Monday to Friday,
[! {. C9 e$ K- k; L0 X$ z4 Rfrom the first working day after nominations close until the last day 8 @! |% L {2 ?3 z
of voting. These hours are to be posted in advance.6 B- s# g# g7 J( j% g
8 o9 L: z* O' ]% o11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during

12) To ensure that a cost effective and accurate ballot counting 9 {; c1 u; {; i$ j1 M! f

13) To submit to Students' Council, prior to April 30, a final report

14) To organize a minimum of one (1) forum to be held during the week

15) Perform other job related duties as required by the Council

+ |. T+ F- I, Y1 T2 hfor each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students' 8 L4 @6 h7 r% ^1 g. Z& @) p
Union member.

2) Must have some experience in student elections.# @, B0 {" Z0 L# {& e6 J0 @

3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or
' K0 x. U; h/ D! dany of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position 0 ~) D. T2 n3 _; x
with the Students' Union.

4) Willingness and ability to work varying hours.
