DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: D3 ]: A+ A! \

$ V! w3 I) C7 f$ U& T2 X b. H2) To run referenda/plebiscites as per Bylaw 2000.

3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.7 E" F K% f; b/ j3 k. O

4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing 2 {6 _# O6 D# n5 h' n$ \" m
adequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations " Y0 a3 g8 F. H* N4 @+ ~
across campus, and advertising the poll locations.

5) To oversee the physical count of the ballots during elections/

To enforce budgetary regulations as stipulated in the Elections

minimum of four (4) working hours a day, between Monday to Friday,

1) Must be an undergrad student registered in at least one (1) course

Union member.

2) Must have some experience in student elections.* o$ s+ ~& L1 H) z6 I( ?

3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or + Q7 P1 k8 p) `
any of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position 2 x0 g# p: k2 O( b- m
with the Students' Union.5 v' g1 v# B$ R# p S
% E% @" O$ P9 u' O4) Willingness and ability to work varying hours.5 g3 g7 Y0 l( x
