the Students' Union and oversees all electoral logistics as per Bylaw

year following their appointment.

1) To run the elections as per Bylaws 20002 N4 h, l W9 `& Z& c: N7 V% {* i) O

2) To run referenda/plebiscites as per Bylaw 2000.* a) m! G6 M, k9 S- P. z/ v

3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.* G9 T5 L" o) y% a" F1 w
% ]& r& k* c8 r4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing 3 k! A. Q( c* ]1 x" e! j% M/ x
adequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations 4 P: a& R& V2 ?! Y1 t( Z* X
across campus, and advertising the poll locations.

referenda.

1) Must be an undergrad student registered in at least one (1) course
- r& H0 a- ~3 _) m( K: X1 ofor each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students' " H4 O4 E$ ?/ `* _& N- B
Union member.- \+ X# o1 A' F: M& e
% ~" e! a- ~- G. H" I |. m+ V5 r2) Must have some experience in student elections.$ x7 o3 H+ h. @4 ~: z2 q5 S# ]7 ^
" E$ Q/ y3 Y0 S& p5 o; N* |3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or
. X: b- J# Z& Q- V3 z" dany of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position

4) Willingness and ability to work varying hours.
