Food Service Worker II - Food Services

& f9 W' z9 o, ?JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
) L' @- T0 ~3 S- p$ h0 IOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

/ Z) F7 C* g" F& L) l  ]" V2 WDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
" O, l2 ~# P  m1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
% k( E! ^6 O4 ^8 F% [clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
0 [  H; p9 |. y% b7 e, p& y* x9 K
3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
( n% Z! A' n9 l8 Z$ D0 Xwork rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

9 L3 s7 u7 y" t' z& \$ M- W" e5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
( r7 E; r7 a  v/ U; e* [Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
) |$ l0 X" I4 x) u0 [* B3 r
3) Cashier experience.

  q+ l1 ^" Z  I9 P6 b& `1 p# e5 d4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
