Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
6 n2 L  c5 [2 S6 ~& |! m$ vassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.
, {7 @$ S5 i* I# n+ ^) i) A
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
: e( w: {0 o% A% l) u1 p1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
& t) |3 G$ M/ @/ Garea.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
/ r3 w# w9 X" {, x* cclients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
" j: _1 m4 J' E, R% ~
3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.
5 E7 T0 K  D9 Y; E$ @* u
! ?: |/ M, U4 D  W6 r9 A" l4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

$ V. b7 p& C! V5 t) s8 p6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS;
" l' j; `7 s& V# f# g+ r1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
4 P: J. j- n' C; a8 s. rfood handling and storage techniques.

$ m8 A6 h5 V2 D% B- [: t2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

, P* x1 s6 s, ]& @3) Cashier experience.

1 B) o* _& R  [4 \: U) ~) ^4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

; j1 a4 ~( y! q) n, Y5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
