Food Service Worker II - Food Services

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
2 h1 _7 E0 V5 GOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
. f) R& A( l5 K1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

9 [6 P8 w+ \) L0 p; ]1 U2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

9 g/ c+ F) f' }& a3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services

+ e- \- `4 @& L5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

1 b! A! u# q$ e& s! b3 ~QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.
+ A- R* ?$ d) `! k
2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
7 C  G% [6 G0 q0 J8 f
3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

- P/ k2 [& s+ G! ?; ?6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.24/hr + 50% discount on personal food ordered at L´Express
