: H1 H1 D4 o5 X6 lJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
& q/ a4 J* Q# p9 T9 W  W! \5 L# wassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

' @* S; V7 ~7 Z$ t3 l5 }DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
2 ?6 M0 M1 \/ E( V$ W/ Yfood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

' {' k, H) N' E6 y3 |0 V- F, t# c2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3 @, I' T5 R8 K% V5 n* K% X3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

" c$ g- W2 S9 w& d) C4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
+ t  G  k3 H) ]) @1 Zoperating hours.

) v0 L/ ~: f% ^( x$ U5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
$ S$ e6 g3 [+ Y* [9 j1 GOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

/ }) G( B8 p- j2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
9 u" U7 w4 C" e& Z
3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

/ |) B  ^/ k9 r: m. `5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
March 11th 2005 /Union Position

Wage: $8.24/hr + 50% discount on personal food ordered at L´Express  
to eat while on shift break
