JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
, B$ C$ x9 V) h. F5 n; bassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

1 i- ?7 z: E, H, Z0 ?$ W% Z& Z0 i' T3 fDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
9 H0 I" f1 G" }food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.
& d, Q( o3 r( A) I' P1 a* N
. Y0 D3 ?" [! Q4 X2 ?9 X8 x4 a$ `, e2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
+ e4 i) V' g4 i) ~
3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
& @5 O' O1 u$ C1 o! [per Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
/ W6 ]; j: s7 X: k' h) {, voperating hours.

+ j! g/ W1 C9 y6 }+ Z$ B5) Serve as cashier when required.

8 F1 @9 m- Q! i; @9 p( L7 ~6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
& J" S# P3 m$ ]3 ~/ Q* u+ YOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

4 K$ K: I; V$ m$ U- q# Z) J3) Cashier experience.
+ T  n! `, N. {  b
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

, ]3 K& _' K  F3 S/ w5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
