# C$ l( N/ j2 ^7 C7 O  M$ DJOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
$ l1 E/ B  `9 Y2 l7 @& u" I! ueffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

' T7 o7 c4 d" j! `4 v1 qDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* C7 Z9 J. c* ^; E! t( N1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff
: n$ ~: N; E' y) P" l. w( r) |8 J( g
2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
& p$ E5 j0 l6 j. wRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

! w$ ?& w1 v. q0 e+ N4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
& F; M  T; J( f) F+ F/ f1 m5 Qvarious shifts as per store hours
+ W1 a* B5 C* k" k+ d# ]; X
5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
orders for external custom order clients

6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
counts

4 c' r3 n: @' L# ]  U7)             Provide a high level of customer service

* ?" G6 n  t: w3 q3 ]8 b8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
date with regards to consignment data

  j" u. l$ o9 b; m- p0 h9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
  O/ m4 `' Q! r& v) s* I: t' m  eSUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
7 ?: H* |3 K" M+ eOperations Manager-Retail

QUALIFICATIONS;
1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent
, f+ R. P: r3 g# \& Y" L2 Q( F" H
: G) d% |" @% \) s' N, {, W2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

; W5 @+ Q  m6 \! n9 t0 y3 a9 ]2 P3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

4)             Strong organizational skills

" R9 M8 w% x6 i) e5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to  
detail

4 M6 z) E3 _/ j6)             Knowledge of computer operations
3 V. J: _; L! J% E7 a/ E
9 \$ _" J. `, R" n' b0 H7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a  
variety of areas

8)             Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and  
# p- w7 M+ B7 ^0 s% Ethe general public

9)             Experience in handling cash

Salary:            $1864/month - under negotiation
