我是土木方面的，准备试着申请一个工作。所以申请前问问情况。

对了，您另外一个帖子中提到

不知您在哪高就，有没有土木工程方面的职位招人啊？

From my experience the first interview is more on testing your technical knowledge.  Read the job description very carefully.  The questions are all related to what's required as described in the job description.  The second interview is all about knowing your comunication skills, personality and character.  Sorry, I am in the accounting/finance field so I can only answer your question in general.

Hint - also go to their website: http://www.infratrans.gov.ab.ca/ and understand what they do.  Remember, talk as much as you can during the interview.
