JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

$ l9 s1 t# ^2 E& q$ d* E" {6 E3 vDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
  x; r5 d# d# q
$ k$ U3 o% Y  l" U8 d9 g/ {1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
+ n  m4 m3 F' n
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
$ O. \0 s8 }/ W, S9 k9 y. V3 JCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
2 ~5 K1 D$ {9 x6 [4 e6 f& |' M
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

6 I" {/ Y) h8 j& A  a4 m5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

  P' M( c- n: H3 s6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
. z+ B  l0 ^1 G7 G$ L! e) PManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
8 \$ s, A) e( G
7 {) P+ W+ g" H1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

9 M7 g: C% p. n5 v0 ~1 [/ V2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
