4 i7 H3 B! a" iOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

8 u% ~( V1 W5 Q! e+ N/ ^- {" ~, {* tDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

) R1 W0 A( `2 m9 [1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
4 G+ b  i6 l( k2 [
/ J. S4 F/ P7 g# R# l2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
" a1 I, V) v, m
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
5 N/ s( B: m$ @( X& T+ Adeliveries.

8 O5 I) n# m6 L. H5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

9 o9 d  Q) Y9 b# D: H0 F" g6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
) b; W+ p- e+ o& w& L! g: ]" ?
: l( z$ S8 ^9 h! l7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

5 P3 b  s6 l: g: G$ i: F. g' Q+ Z+ YQUALIFICATIONS;
' Z% P- B  J4 o* ]: f
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
/ H% i1 a' H, X& L) m7 Z' c
! C6 N8 l7 g$ c7 L+ @" G2) Previous experience with food inventories.
  h2 D* ~$ g# o# _
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
! K, c" n: N+ I3 n0 L* o6 q5 d/ P
& ^! [' O  y0 m. U/ l" E. @5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
