Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

2 ]; ~; C3 D, L& {. z- UDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

* \* ~8 B1 a6 F2 H1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
+ U9 a9 b7 z$ w, S- T2 {
' }  i5 Y; U" o/ F2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
7 E4 H9 \/ }, D* y. ?0 i! X# ]
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
8 y0 d6 c5 Q" j; N; R( o. ?" _
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

  F6 c+ {( K( D5 s5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
0 p/ G$ d8 i8 u- K* ~- }9 ?, w
' m& [# a0 z  G1 \0 y% _6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
7 H9 q- F! E! i& ishifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
; I: G4 p& ]4 }) n7 RManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

, Y* R7 u* K) K9 a& b1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
$ C7 z8 c2 K$ r4 u
$ r1 L& ]2 z1 K9 Y$ `1 h: d: K2) Previous experience with food inventories.

8 d! ^- X! u$ P) {2 c" }" W4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
6 a! W& p2 u7 D% O0 S5 f+ j
" @2 q. ^, y8 d. O5) Good public and staff relations.
