因为是合同里要用的，我想翻译的是《深圳经济特区房屋租赁条例》，也不知咋说合适。 还有，平常，你知道英文合同里的滞纳进出金怎么说，就是租金拖欠了，必须多交的那部分。

为稳妥起见,可以上深圳的官方网看看英文字头缩写,就能顺出来了.
滞纳进出金:late fees
) c  ^; ^) p2 N! y1 F, g( a# z一般写法是:Late fees in the amount of $$$$ per day/month/year will be applied to all accounts in arrears........

Connie, I think in an official document, you might want to use "Lessor" and Lessee" especially for firm-to-firm rent.
