& w9 t, X* \4 V9 A5 O$ uexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
9 G( G4 w: d6 G  r8 Q/ v( Kcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
0 L: s" M. t: T% o" y) njob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
0 Y3 K/ r$ \+ H2 eimplementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
5 ?& \: s8 W$ o$ k9 l, kunionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
