Alberta Finance, Edmonton - Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) needs a dynamic, hands-on leader to lead a
group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a

; U0 i- X2 z4 ^0 W- w% a$ z  EAs Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
; t0 W* \0 ^5 R8 \assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
1 e! j. g, Q8 N0 U4 I2 ], Qaddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
% N1 T$ O) a3 f+ |+ e9 u6 Yassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

work within the TRA Division.

# O, M4 F- i3 W7 @. L' VQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
