Alberta Finance, Edmonton - Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) needs a dynamic, hands-on leader to lead a
group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
( O: {! `/ K4 x8 tassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
3 |- R. p4 W4 o/ }group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,

work within the TRA Division.

0 J1 ]7 q9 H2 w! gQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
5 Z7 x9 |$ Q3 t$ Rsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
