SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical & m g& K0 m6 E1 w( _7 a
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 3 a- R, [$ q- h, F" L
of Course Pack production.- P; ?9 V- A7 ]7 L( n2 M( d
1 F6 a0 [ n4 R! S/ v' S; GDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
( G- n2 X2 B9 R2 K1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning , r! b. f7 _; e: ]# i5 ?5 j* e
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.$ n4 p2 j& G( t9 Y
& a; Z q. o4 ~8 C- l
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
# [: z# M: V M7 Z/ m! s' @. _8 {print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

1 o4 z* b$ T3 Y" P0 Y3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ' A$ | u0 _: D4 G
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment " _! x1 W' _. @+ j- B3 \
failures to the Operations Manager.4 x; [5 f6 a6 G

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.9 i, s' `! D1 u6 k) r: e
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication ; g' n+ K; u! v

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
