of Course Pack production.

. f/ ~; b4 L% g: L* n4 gDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ u: R' D. G/ U6 l1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning % K8 M$ k' T+ l3 n: \% N5 ?2 @
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.% k0 Q0 k' r) ?) p W. p$ x( L, t

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including + V7 F0 L0 M+ Q& R
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.$ k( Y8 Q) {' |! Q
, D# m9 {$ Q. s/ W0 l7 y; Z3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of / X" w7 C( ^: g6 Y) z, h' i
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, & c) } y( c w% ?0 v

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

- R) S7 A. n3 ^* M3 X1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.2 i! E+ W& M/ @$ {. K6 Z

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.+ G) X' Z- Q9 ~4 X( R8 g2 @* b

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
