# M1 S" k8 B9 C, w/ J7 r; S我帖的不是商业银行post的利率(=要价),而是CMHC统计的购房者实际得到的锁定5年的平均利率(=成交价)。LZ开帖是建议广大人民投资房市,我估计利率时当然不能只算信用最好者的情况,当然也不能去算最坏情况,用个平均值比较合理。
