0 ^2 Q6 [/ b& {) e- x! i, C3 K3 Z

You are contradicting yourself here. You can hire a low wage person to line up for you. But so can other buyers.) w* M8 f! \ y" K

If you have the ability to earn 300k in one month, then it's definitely a bad thing to earn only 300k in five month.- G0 q& t; Y" V; E3 r1 |$ y/ H" |

6 \9 W& h5 J3 Y. r+ RYep. You know what, in Edmonton, there are lots of people winning lottery at $4M each this year. Seriously, there are 13 of them. You might as well stop wasting your time in real estate and start buying lottery tickets.* E0 z2 R8 P. U; D; ^

You can keep daydreaming. But real estate can't increase at a pace of 100% per year even in Beijing. For the past 10 years, it went up 10 folds. So the increase is about 2% per month, or 26% per year, as I mentioned.
