但是话说回来,即使涨价,现在的价格比2007年最高期还有一定距离,比如一个07年60万的房子,现在大概52万可以拿到,这还是建立在地价上涨的基础上的,这样看来新房还有涨价空间,也就是我说的,楼主这个问题价值至少5万。

I don't think you can get the price down as much as the old house market.
