I sent out my application to Federal during Christmas break, and got letter in the last few days of March. I did medical exam in early April.

The immigration office sent me an e-mail on June 15 according to them to inquire my passport. It went to my junk mail, I think.

I e-mailed the office last week, and got a copy of initial e-mail. The passport was finally sent on Wednesday.

NOTE: be careful deleting e-mails from the mailbox you provided in the application, especially after the medical exam. The immigration office starts sending e-mails rather than mails, I guess.
