! `, S, [- T, x; f: f" o1 v- X2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

3) So So:  Magrath etc.
0 y2 v7 i% o5 J3 E8 D, N5 Y9 j/ E, H' CMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

) a% P2 u, a1 y  s1 F* W1 }8 T0 ^3 e' @4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
6 D" c* x: Z: o; U6 ]4 SMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
0 O+ G3 ]" s, {/ [7 u1 P& CSame as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
, V$ f  P( p" d) o7 ^; b+ No condo in view
