This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

Main entrance on AH

Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

' ?# ?0 ^' V9 D, g3 O! B5 O4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
* j: c. ], _1 ?: {3 l# uMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
& Q( B% s' }) p1 s1 E" H$ CSame as 4.
4 A. ^* X+ A( N4 l+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
+ No condo in view
