+ h) e# L2 n9 \" c2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
1 F1 r1 s! ]7 tMajor roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

; w# ?" U( T  C! k3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

$ u8 ~! v5 O/ m3 {6 L4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
; B7 F+ b! F7 }- P" k/ Y' X' _No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
$ ]$ y1 A# L5 a8 C' m' B1 x: dSame as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
5 O0 G8 w7 t$ u+ No condo in view
