2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
+ z, P! b7 W5 g" y
2 _6 v9 b7 p# G2 f7 O6 O6 D" I3) So So:  Magrath etc.
4 Y/ `0 j' u, }. n6 }. CMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
/ s8 M& \* k) h) lMajor roads on 2 sides
# _" E, @: ?, H7 U: H9 O, v
& j9 b" D) j' \& w/ i" c9 U4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
% L& Y. g( b/ s! a. X% lMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
& {  O, w6 k  [, T; {( m. t# ], [3 cSame as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
2 g/ a: M# c8 X% z' ?2 b+ DC1/DC2 zoning
+ No condo in view
