This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

Main entrance on AH
) h; k2 H/ v4 V( {* n7 Q7 b; E4 N" N; `
2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
2 q3 ]9 f& i. h; r! }Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
1 O0 B% R* P2 i7 a/ ^- e1 g+ P! s! X
3) So So: Magrath etc.; @ L+ k w( X4 }1 }, f7 i
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill). K; j3 C0 s6 v" c4 F7 v
Major roads on 2 sides
$ ^) u; u8 V+ g$ j7 _+ _& v2 D8 V9 u$ G
4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge; q8 v% h! y0 t5 z$ @* S* ?
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.3 a5 }; s; O# ]( P m2 Q
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.1 `8 h! s! i' ]

5) Best: Windermere Ridge2 U! u ?" B; b' \
