! x2 H+ [* j- W小苏打就是baking soda 5 V( X8 U! F9 _" ]8 D- t: ?/ y$ o* a , S! _6 M; M5 J1 q1 t6 E; L4 Z! F原料里写鸡蛋一个是因为,这个鸡蛋有2个用处,一个是加入面粉混合物,还有一个用途是刷在桃酥表面,让桃酥看上去更漂亮。 加入面粉混合物取1/4是因为这个配方的配比问题,也就是约鸡蛋溶液12-15ml的样子。加多了水分就太高4 z1 P. Z4 ~& a5 y; f! A& G% F
