All I am trying to say is that lower Canadian Currency doesn't predict a crashed Real Estate Market. It might stimulate this market, as more US investors are coming to AB, because they spend less money digging our oil. 1 Q: s; M2 _# m7 `$ t/ v) l2 wIt doesn't mean our housing price will increase neither, as it ties to many factors in the market. I would say we see a slow down in higher priced houses (>700 k), but a slightly increase in lower priced houses (250~400 k).

所以这种人根本就不用关心房价，一辈子踏踏实实租房了就行了。 ' z$ A8 s, t7 ] 2 C' U1 d- M9 { d8 h还一点买房只盯着房价也是个误区。其实当时上手时的利率也是张血盆大口。你可以算算利率从2%到4%，你得给银行每年多掏多少银子。
