The house prices are ridiculously high now, they will drop in 1-5 years for sure. It is too risky to buy a house now, you may end losing a lot of money. Now those construction workers make tons of money, if you buy a house, you are donating money to them. Renting is a much better option for you, it is cheaper. Try to save money now and wait for a couple of years, if prices drop significantly, then you can buy. Otherwise you may want to move other cities.6 e6 u+ h1 J( y+ r
