JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
- b. o' G, g& [; t7 j9 |SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
# {$ i% G$ t2 E# sSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects " C& [: Q. N" j0 H* D. q: `
of Course Pack production.; m. G6 O9 q- E3 f8 d; n" B

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:5 R+ t# `$ ? W# Q2 }
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
6 k3 }! h3 s) R6 e x& wof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.7 F+ r6 j" l( c, y
) I7 ]/ K2 I: `: U: B
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 7 {+ w/ `1 ~# N3 }8 i
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.3 r7 u0 r- m6 W
- r% F) |/ U) `. k6 h$ C" I- ~
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
- ~8 r4 b& v2 y, Vcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment ) C6 A( B3 i, o% U- a* C) U
failures to the Operations Manager.

% N( C5 R0 g8 l5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, ) \ f( R8 j7 ~, b7 b6 d
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
8 Z+ N4 k- F" D. J1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.* A* @+ M4 n. j/ N7 \
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
