SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
$ H7 y. N5 M/ ^" X$ |" ISupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

/ H* f/ E9 {) `' cDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
$ v: O* x# l9 I9 X) A1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 1 D+ A) Y Z: D& w- m/ [" u$ j
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
4 ?4 m& O4 ]4 U e8 a; g( t! k1 d7 V) j; O7 U
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including * n- ~4 y! L, J. t3 o
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 4 U- w; D2 r; d7 M
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ; I3 Q. ?/ k E- O: M
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

0 q5 ]& O: _ i5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 6 y- ~( d5 J2 N( J& y
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.0 m. l+ j" {7 k0 ^2 L

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
! \1 Q5 o- Y- K7 B/ s8 ]5 f1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
* ] |/ ]2 h5 ~' g. M2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
2 p' g3 p ^6 ]3 W5 a4 y* m3 Nskills.
