SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
3 ] f3 \! }( ?Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 0 C$ m3 N; M' |' i
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ H p' y1 e. p1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning , e# S$ j6 Z+ X6 M, y1 [
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.! k; o% b9 i/ p) A! z, ~) k U+ m
- `% {/ H) Z, J; P8 Y2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including , K; o; ^! d% G6 w5 N
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.5 D6 {8 _- X& I9 Z
9 Z2 H: @% d3 P. P7 G4 \
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
( X( U" l2 ~. ]) ]( Z1 }; Y7 Wcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and * N' p# Q) x6 q7 V) b6 t' D0 k, V
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.

/ r# ~* Z5 l4 }3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
