& w# W3 ^" x& l" k1 aSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical $ i0 p1 @; t1 b2 j" W4 U0 Z! I
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects - Y- Y8 l9 n( h1 W4 G$ j$ f
of Course Pack production.

P7 H0 L9 X e2 Y! ZDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
( V0 |$ n' I/ n; L6 y1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
. O; ^8 n( P' Rof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
: z+ L+ | S) M- {$ }% o( e: r( e: p/ ?
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 7 X+ x0 c4 D" Q7 R
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
0 A# S' F+ V6 a% G; m, W( D3 A, i j# ]7 j$ i$ f8 j
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 1 @) \$ S! C0 x$ h3 x
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 9 E0 C; P6 i4 n7 ?( p6 b- g
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment # `& t! }, w4 r* X! c# F6 `
failures to the Operations Manager.! I: z3 a6 ^7 M8 X: p& U
) b/ F9 O! I. v5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, ' I7 S; Q1 T! g, L0 W/ D5 P- K
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
( ^* W! M" ]6 g4 y( r A6 z. u2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication / ^9 U9 f4 A! \: u) L% C8 W; n

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
