of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 R' s9 A" p/ u/ ]1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
# o+ L0 ] W' w. g9 Rof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.9 t: ^8 W/ s% X
4 A2 V2 j l; x8 ]* V
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
1 R$ F8 P Y$ V& R' b Gprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.6 `# j' T' f7 u# r% z, o- L
7 I9 {0 z* F- _3 a7 z1 T3 b8 H3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of : @" w! k9 B( {9 V. Z% q
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and R+ B$ j2 L9 M7 n7 a
keeping appropriate and accurate records.5 g/ i" U. L$ H( e y

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
; L# u- x. Y/ U9 ?8 A: e& ofailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, ; @; L6 O2 V2 L: u
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:& C9 t% E2 [; b' Q% p. C
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.3 r! O- o7 ~6 K7 y. s' K
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication ) _2 Q9 i- Y1 g$ u
skills.2 _+ R* i1 g8 H0 r' v
9 w8 ~# m$ F+ E
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.* B3 ?7 x3 F. F& k

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
