最近很郁闷

想买房,可房价一个劲地掉啊,郁闷,买了能保值么?

房价涨了,买不起房;房价跌了,不敢买房。。。。。。。。。

I am suprised that I cannot find a decent unit from start of June.
" c; T  H' C4 a. r, ?& ~/ S/ gI bought my last condo in May. I thought the market is going down, and try to snap another one this summer.
2 E0 j& a- p6 i* p5 H, [However, none of them can compare to my last one. I made three offers in comfee. I offered them $10,000 less than they ask for.: ?( @/ j6 R2 w
Well, they don't even give me a counter offer. Just decline right away.1 l! ~2 C( h$ D% _- ^. b* k
Can anyone, give me some info? I like concrete condo, 2,3 bedrooms, price around $250---350,000.5 r' ~6 c4 a1 `$ B$ c" _! R4 o% j# G

1元1元地往上加, 直到他们晕了, 协议就会达成.

I read the statistics data from MLS, it said that 60% deal accept less in last month. And average closing price is around $10,000 less than the list price.
- e( O! d8 i" [. g8 lWell, looks like those owners sell in comfree, are not that desperate as I thought. Maybe I should try MLS again. By the way, all my properties are bought from MLS.
5 j6 A' v" g" i5 EAs a buyer, I guess choosing MLS would be better off. The seller's agent can do a good job to persuade seller to accept a lower offer. (don't hit me with brick, I am not from MLS)
" J- g0 H2 D1 V+ h. cI have to add one more, there are really not many good units in current market.

以前听一个中国经纪说过,有些国人,看个房子,看半年,半年间房子不知涨多少了,终于下定决心要买了,看房子降了一点,还是不会买5 ?9 ]1 t' d/ }. \, J  v
这种人就算等房子降到10块钱,他还会考虑会不会还降到1块,还会观望.3 U( g6 C) R. m0 \+ E, V# o

头发白了还继续等着房子.

I0 n: ~your price range is well enough for a 2-bed concrete building or some 3-bed. whether you can knock 10000 or 100000 off from their list price it is very subjective to the seller. if that is a great condo unit and priced right on the market, if i am the seller, i won't even deduct more than a $1000.   there is a minor decline (or i should say an adjustment) on the price, but this is just for some of the expensive houses, so on average it looks like going down for few % as a whole.
