& \2 m! K4 A& X, s" ]. r7 t) e价格437000；一月买的一个2230sqft，全新，房子两边是小路，接近8000sqft的lot,地板、瓷砖等等，460000。
, C8 O$ q5 B! ?! ]" }9 w; N) P这些如果是现在买需要多少钱？
所以今年的任务已经完成。给点余地明后年——就是我的观点。

- z5 F; p# k" ], v如果没有第三次世界大战，大概15-20年以后，大多数edmonton居民需要花100万，才能住上一套像样的房子。
