Develop and implement retention strategies for existing membership base
¨
  O, q' l. M4 B' c2 O8 J1 k* n  zAssist in the recruitment and development of new members
¨
( u2 f8 X4 n5 ?1 PCommunicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback
¨
Establishment and maintenance of group memberships
  g; u- P+ i7 b" c¨
- ?/ l( ?. S* M4 t8 K# lProvide leadership and support to Member Services staff

3 p" w2 |2 J' N! N! ^- lAdministrative and clerical duties related to program delivery

Qualifications:

9 B7 V+ K! t9 b6 ~Marketing/Sales experience or interest

Strong communication, writing and time management skills

* e2 J: E  A, R! y! a' `2 cProficiency with Microsoft Office and CLASS

Skilled with diverse clientele & a fast-paced work environment
