Is this good price?
or should I lower the price again?

I think the price is not too bad in the current market. But you may be getting better deal in winter. As so many houses are on the market now, as time draggs, the seller will be willing to lower their prices even more.

Anyway, it is your judgement and decision.

你可以参考www.mls.ca上的卡尔加利房价，几个月后爱德蒙顿的房价应该和卡尔加利差不多.

499-452=47K 从前没听说过买房可以这么还价的,都说觉得高了,可以不下 offer ,房子讨价还价也就是几千万把的.
