JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
7 ~$ M" ^5 s$ }7 m- C, A
1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

0 ]6 {+ x8 g! A6 y2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

: g! @) |! y, M* |; w) H, \3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

% p' G+ T( h6 y! f9 L. f8 K5) Serve as cashier when required.

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.
6 S1 @5 e& \% ?
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

  T0 K) M) Q  ?& d; w! b( e4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

9 Q: t' v! q8 G5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
